I’m Joshua Richards, a proud Florida native who spent most of my life in Port Charlotte. Growing up here shaped how I think about work, family, and community. Show up consistently, do things the right way, and take care of the people around you.
I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of North Florida, and I began my career at Westshore Financial Group through the firm’s internship program. During that time, I saw firsthand how the right plan can change someone’s life by replacing uncertainty with confidence and giving families real clarity through every stage of their financial journey. That experience made it easy to commit to this field and to the work we do.
Outside of work, I’ve trained in jiu jitsu for most of my life, which has taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay calm under pressure. I also enjoy making music and playing guitar, and I’m always working on new ideas in my free time. I look forward to helping you move forward with a steady plan, honest guidance, and long-term care.
