We are highly selective in our hiring process because we want to spend time one-on-one with each financial advisor we hire and develop.  As a new financial advisor, you would be paired with a mentor advisor with at least 10 years of industry experience.  We focus on equipping you for success through our training program, and through helping you build a strong client acquisition model.  Our training includes in-office weekly training with your peers and national webcasts and in-person conferences learning from top advisors from across the country.  You also have "meeting specific" coaching on-demand so you are prepared for each client meeting you conduct.  Additionally, you have access to a large library of self-study on-demand web training featuring top financial advisors and industry leaders.  To build your client acquisition model, we offer automated web and social media marketing systems, niche-market development systems, turn-key public speaking marketing systems, and many others.  We have been producing highly successful, high earning financial advisors for over a decade.  Your mentor works one-on-one with you to provide motivation and inspiration, coaching on how to be a business owner, coaching on how to speak with clients, and coaching on how to become a better financial advisor. We have the tools to help you become the next successful financial advisor with Westshore!
