I grew up in Denver, CO, where I attended Cherry Creek High School and excelled as a two-sport athlete in football and basketball. As a lifelong Broncos and Rockies fan, I spent countless weekends cheering them on at games, fostering a deep love for sports and community. My dedication on the field earned me a full-ride athletic scholarship to Eastern Washington University, where I not only pursued my education but also met the love of my life, Katrina. We’ve been together for over 11 years and are about to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary.
During my time at Eastern Washington, I was honored to be named an Honorable Mention All-Conference athlete. I contributed to three Big Sky Conference championships and two semifinal playoff appearances while sharing the field with over 15 teammates who went on to play in the NFL and CFL. After completing my collegiate career, my wife and I returned to Denver, where I was fortunate to continue my passion of playing football professionally. I played in the CFL for three years, beginning with the Edmonton Eskimos (now Elks) in 2017 and concluding with two seasons as a member the BC Lions. I officially retired from football in 2019 and transitioned into the professional world, starting my career in sales.
In May 2020, Katrina and I embarked on a new adventure, moving across the country to Clearwater, FL. Trading the mountains and cold for beaches and palm trees, we’ve found our paradise here in Florida. This chapter of our lives has been one of growth and gratitude.
In February 2023, I launched my career in financial services and I haven’t looked back since. Football instilled in me the mindset, character, and integrity of a protector. Now, I bring that same protective mentality to my work as a Financial Specialist. My mission is to help clients build protected wealth, ensuring that life’s unexpected challenges become economic non-factors for them and their families. Just as a quarterback relies on a strong offensive line, I strive to provide my clients with the protection, tools, and resources they need to achieve their dreams and goals.
My approach is rooted in providing clarity. I work closely with my clients to guide them through financial decisions, ensuring they avoid unexpected or unintended consequences. Whether it’s building a comprehensive financial strategy or navigating specific challenges, I am committed to empowering my clients to take control of their financial futures with confidence and security.
